By accessing or using the Skills Centers website and services, operated by Algérie Télécom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Skills Centers platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account or applying for a program, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Enrollment in skills development programs at Skills Centers, operated by Algérie Télécom, is subject to availability and eligibility criteria. The network reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on program capacity, prerequisites and selection criteria.

Program schedules, content and instructors are subject to change.

You agree not to misuse the platform or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes: uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, engaging in harassment or discrimination, violating intellectual property rights, posting false or misleading information, and any activity that disrupts the learning environment.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on the Skills Centers platform, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software and design elements, is the property of the Skills Centers network, operated by Algérie Télécom, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the platform's operation.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

The Skills Centers platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by Algerian law, the Skills Centers network, operated by Algérie Télécom, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the network or third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algeria.
