The 77.7 National Digital Empowerment Program is a strategic, large-scale initiative spearheaded by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. Operating under the slogan "From 7 to 77 Years Old: A National Journey Towards Digital Skills," the program is designed to drive national digital transformation by equipping citizens across all demographics with essential technological competencies.
